i didn't see that one coming.sometimes, i forget how to function. things just stop working, and my throat starts to hurt and my eyes start to water and i'm not crying. this is my body going in to auto pilot after something that should have been upsetting, when really, i feel nothing at all. sometimes, when my cat is bored, she curls up into a ball, as tight as possible, until someone finds it odd and strokes her. that's genius, really. i have a feeling that i do the same thing. i just block everyone out until someone sees all the cracks and fixes me. sometimes, when i'm alone, i think about you and i wonder whether or not we would have worked out. i wonder ifi didn't see that one coming.
